Shipping Policies

Buyer arranges shipping and pickup. Final arrangements regarding shipping, and costs associated with shipping, are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping is a contract between the buyer and the shipper. Any information provided here is in accordance with our Terms & Conditions of auction.

Items that are paid for in full may be picked up at our exhibition center by the winning bidders or their shippers. All winning lots must be picked up within 30 working days following the close of the auction. After 30 days, each lot will become subject to storage fees of not less than $5 dollars a day.

Taos Auction Company is not affiliated with any of the shippers in our list, nor do we endorse any of these companies. You are not required to use a shipper from our list, but please be advised that any shipper you choose must present a paid invoice/shipping document detailing the lot number(s) to be picked up and the destination address.

No items will be released until payment is received in full, including any applicable sales tax. All checks must clear before a lot will be released to the shipper.
